The project is implemented by a KPMG consortium led by Valdani Vicari & Associati (henceforth, VVA), and Ramboll Management Consulting as a subcontractor, bringing together a wide- range of sector and service- specific capabilities, in order to provide the Polish authorities and the DG REFORM with a working team experienced in the different aspects needed to develop the sustainable urban mobility plans. The project is implemented in close cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and managed by VVA whose project management experience, experience working with European institutions and expertise on sustainable urban mobility is complemented by Ramboll’s team, bringing intimate knowledge of different aspects of subject matter and international experience in relation to EU projects and development of SUMPs globally.
